AA

Somewhat fluid swing; shows emerging swing mechanics; reasonable hand quickness and bat speed; good athletic stance; head moves; hands up, not necessarily back. 

AA+/-AAA

Fluid swing; reasonable swing mechanics; good hand quickness and bat speed; good athletic stance; minimal head movement; hands up, not necessarily back.

AAA

Good swing mechanics; great hand quickness and bat speed; adjusts in/out to pitch well; minimal head movement; hands up, generally back.

AAA+/-Maj

Great swing mechanics; excellent hand quickness and bat speed; adjusts to in/out pitches with power; minimal head movement; some power from hips; hands up and generally back.

Maj
